Sage Fit 90: Lift·Ride·Flow

Sage Fit 90 is our signature offering, delivering a complete fitness experience in just 90 minutes—lift, ride, flow. You’ll start with 30 minutes of strength training on the mat using free weights and resistance bands, building power and endurance. Then, transition to your cycle bike for a fun, intense, and accessible 30-minute cardio blast, maximizing your fat-burning state. Finally, return to the mat for a peak yoga flow designed to complement your strength work, followed by intentional stretches, breathwork, and meditation. You’ll finish with a grounding 3–5 minute savasana, leaving you balanced, strong, and refreshed.

Strength Training

First third of class will consist of your beat-based lift, focusing on specific parts of the body that will compliment the cycle and yoga portions of your workout.

Indoor Cycling

Second third of your workout benefits from the fat-burning state activated by your lift and seamlessly transition to your accessible cardio workout onto the cycle bike.

Vinyasa Yoga

Hop right into a peak yoga flow that compliments the lift and cycle. Cool with intentional stretches, meditation, breath work and savasana. Leave with a mind/body/spirit connection on fire!
