About the event
Live Music Yoga will take place at the Harvie Farms Pgh warehouse, which provides an indoor/outdoor space with ample airflow to safely practice together. Students are expected to wear masks unless situated on their mats, 6 feet apart from other students.
Class will be a 90-minute all-levels vinyasa flow lead by Kayla. The first 30 minutes will be grounding and soothing; second 30 will be invigorating and energizing; and final 30 minutes will be peaceful and relaxing. The entirety of the class will be accompanied by Derek with his sweet beats and chill vibes.
After class, we will have fresh produce from Harvie Farms available for cash/venmo donation. All proceeds of the ticket sales and produce will benefit The Bail Project. Suggested donation is $20, but please donate more if you can!
