One Point One
My signature creative vinyasa, designed to make you feel strong, safe, and sweaty. Join me for 90 minutes for stillness, breath work, and movement. All levels are welcome and variations for all bodies will be provided. Register for in-person or catch the replay anytime.
Meditate & Move 60
Sunday 10:30am
Iron City Boulders
Class begins in a short meditation with breath work that eases into movement with waves of grounded postures that prepare for standing shapes and creative vinyasa-style sequencing. It's Sunday, so rolling out of bed encouraged. Class is always linked with a yoga intention or philosophy. Register online!

Studio Z Cycle
This class is the most fun you'll have at 7am anywhere in the world. Join me for a challenging workout designed for all levels. You can expect a fun playlist, that supports an intense cardio blast on the bike followed by beat-based strength training on the floor. We'll finish with a short cool down and be well on our way to work by 7:45am. Register here.

Union Fitness
This class is 30 minutes of fun! You can expect a short yoga warm up, 20 mins of cardio + strength circuit-like training, and 5-min beat-based dance-cardio finisher. This class is designed for all levels, so get in here, and start your Wednesday with endorphins at Union Fitness! Register online.
MEET KAYLA
Kayla Hersperger (she/her) is a Pittsburgh-based yoga teacher and fitness professional. Teaching yoga has been the greatest joy of her life and she hopes students leave her classes feeling strong, safe, supported, and self-aware. She started teaching yoga in 2017 and developed a love for cycling and group fitness in 2020. Now-a-days she inspires people to move in a way that fosters a mind/body/spirit connection. Everyone has an inner guiding light, or Center Sage, and movement is a way to connect to that deeper knowing.
Kayla is mindful that physical asana is just the tip of the iceberg as she integrates the wisdom of yoga into daily life with breath work, meditation, and spiritual considerations. Kayla is passionate about equality, vegan life, and traveling. She is a resident of the Northside, a marketer during the daytime, and a dog mom to the sweetest girl, Cici pup.
In my yoga classes, expect creative sequencing inspired by water and music, always linked with an intention and supported by the breath. Thought my classes are challenging and fun, they are always inclusive, providing a safe space for students to try new things and explore the boundaries of their practice. Variations are emphasized and all levels are welcome!

In my fitness classes, expect the mind/body connection to guide everything we do. I am inspired by music and obsess over my playlists, down to every beat of the song. I have been teaching cycling since 2021 and group fitness since 2022. I received my certifications in both in 2024. My fitness classes are challenging and inclusive, always right on the beat of the music, and high energy fun. Variations are emphasized and all levels are welcome!
